Privacy policy

This policy explains how Chauffeur Barcelona ("I") uses the personal data you give on chauffeurbarcelona.com. Contact: hello@chauffeurbarcelona.com.

What I collect

When you request a quote or book a journey I receive the details you type into the form: name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight or train numbers, number of passengers and luggage, and any message. The form is run by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which stores the submission and e-mails it to me.

Why I use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the journey, and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who sees it

Me and the driver assigned to your journey. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own. I may use cookieless, aggregated visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not identify you. The Tally form loads only when you open it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or have it transferred, by writing to hello@chauffeurbarcelona.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
