What a chauffeur service in Barcelona covers
Most requests fall into four kinds of trip. I would rather describe them plainly than pretend there is a single package that fits everyone.
- Airport and station transfers. Between Barcelona-El Prat and the city, or Sants station and the airport. These have fixed prices, shown further down.
- Driver at your disposal. You book the car and driver for a block of hours and decide the stops as you go. Good for business days, shopping, sightseeing and wedding guests.
- Day trips and longer journeys. Montserrat, Girona, the Costa Brava, Sitges, PortAventura, Andorra and further. These are quoted on request.
- Groups. Minibuses and coaches for conferences, school and sports groups, weddings and pilgrim groups.

Choosing the right vehicle
The fleet is Mercedes throughout, and the choice is mostly about passengers and luggage.

My advice is to count your suitcases as well as your people. Three adults with three large cases will be more comfortable in a V-Class than in an E-Class, and for the airport run the price is the same: €80. Chauffeur service Barcelona airport
The airport is the most common request. El Prat is 16 km from Plaça de Catalunya, about 25 minutes without traffic, and 13 km from Sants station, about 15 minutes. Barcelona to the airport or the airport to Barcelona is priced at:
- €80 in an E-Class or V-Class
- €200 in a Mercedes Sprinter
- €320 in a minibus or a coach

Chauffeur by the hour
If your day has several stops, a fixed transfer price does not fit, and hourly hire does. The driver stays with the car, you tell me the plan, and the day adjusts as it goes.
The rates for a driver at your disposal are:
- 6 hours (the minimum per day): E-Class €470, S-Class €745, V-Class €470, Sprinter €610, Minibus €685, Coach €685
- 8 hours: E-Class €630, S-Class €990, V-Class €630, Sprinter €785, Minibus €900, Coach €900
