A business chauffeur in Barcelona is about reliability: the right car at the right door at the right time, with a driver who does not need the route explained. I work with executives, visiting clients and delegations, and I keep the arrangements simple. This page explains the services, the cars and the prices, so you can book a trip or a full day without back-and-forth.
Business chauffeur Barcelona: what I offer
Most business bookings fall into three kinds:
- Airport transfers. A fixed price between Barcelona-El Prat and the city. See the Barcelona airport transfer page for the route.
- A driver at your disposal. The car and driver stay with you for a morning, a day or several days: meetings, site visits, lunches, the airport at the end.
- Group transport. Delegations and teams in a Sprinter, minibus or coach.
The quiet details matter: a clean car, a driver who waits without being asked and a plan that keeps your day on time. I do not promise services I have not listed here, and anything beyond the table I quote on request.

The S-Class is booked by the hour only: €745 for 6 hours and €990 for 8. Extra hours cost €80 in the E-Class or V-Class, €125 in the S-Class, €90 in the Sprinter and €110 in the minibus or coach. Prices are per vehicle, in euros, and include VAT. Hourly hire has a 6-hour minimum per day with no maximum. Other destinations, other dates and multi-day programmes are quoted on request. Choosing the car for a business trip
- Mercedes S-Class (up to 3 passengers): the senior executive choice, for a CEO or an important guest.
- Mercedes E-Class (up to 3): the standard business saloon, for airport runs and meetings.
- Mercedes V-Class (up to 7): a team of four to seven with luggage and laptops.
- Sprinter (up to 16), minibus (up to 33) and coach (up to 60): delegations, incentive groups and conference shuttles.
If you are choosing between the saloon and the van, count the luggage as well as the passengers. Three people with large cases are more comfortable in a V-Class. The fleet page compares them.
A full day with a driver
For a day of meetings I recommend the hourly service. The driver stays with the car, drops you at each address and waits. You do not have to hunt for taxis between appointments, and you can change the order of the day. Share the schedule in advance and I plan the routes and the margins.

Airport arrivals for visiting executives
Arrivals are the most common business booking. Give me the flight details and the address, and the price for Barcelona is fixed: €80 in the E-Class or V-Class. Events, congresses and roadshows
Barcelona hosts large business events, and transport around them gets busy. Fira Barcelona publishes the calendar on its official site, and I handle individual transfers and group shuttles around it. Event transport is quoted on request, since it depends on the number of people, the venue and the timetable. My events page covers the main ones, such as Mobile World Congress, which in 2027 runs from 1 to 4 March at Fira Gran Via (official MWC Barcelona site). The service runs 24/7, so early flights and late finishes are covered.

How I run a business booking
A business trip is easier when the details are agreed beforehand. For each booking I ask for the names or number of passengers, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the times and any flight number. For a day by the hour, a rough schedule of appointments helps me plan the order and the margins between them.
I keep the arrangements discreet. The driver does not interrupt calls, waits at the door and keeps to the agreed timetable. If a meeting overruns, tell me and I adjust the rest of the day. Any hours beyond the 6-hour minimum are charged at the hourly rate, so you see the cost as the day develops.
Invoices and company bookings
Prices include VAT. If you book for a company and need an invoice in the company name, say so in the form and I take it from there. Repeated bookings, regular airport runs or a programme over several days are quoted on request, so that you have one clear figure for the whole plan.
Business and leisure in one trip
Visiting executives often add free time to a work trip. A day to Girona, a vineyard tour or a visit to Sitges can be added to the same booking, and the day trips from Barcelona hub shows the options. I quote them against the hourly table.
