Chauffeur Barcelona prices

People who search for chauffeur Barcelona prices want to know one thing before they write to anyone: what will it cost? This page gives the figures in plain form. Every price is in euros, includes VAT and is for the whole vehicle, whatever the number of passengers.

How my prices work

There are three ways to book a car with a driver, and each has its own pricing logic:

• Fixed transfer: one route, one price. The airport and a short list of popular destinations are priced this way.
• Driver at your disposal: you pay by the hour, with a 6-hour minimum per day and no maximum. Extra hours are charged at the hourly rate.
• Quoted on request: other destinations, several days, events and one-way trips outside the table. I reply with a figure for your route.

I do not publish a “from” price for trips outside the table, because it would only mislead you.

Barcelona airport transfer prices

The cruise port (Port of Barcelona terminals) to or from Barcelona, and the run between the airport and the cruise port, have exactly the same price as the airport transfer; the cruise port transfer page has the details. The S-Class is not part of the fixed table because it is booked by the hour only. Private driver at your disposal: hourly prices

Prices from Barcelona to popular destinations

These are one-way transfer prices. For a day out with waiting time, the hourly option is usually the better fit, and the day trips from Barcelona hub shows the routes people choose.

Which vehicle should I price?

Choose by passengers and luggage, not by price alone, because on the E-Class and V-Class the rates are the same.

• The E-Class seats up to 3 and suits couples and executives. See Mercedes E-Class with driver.
• The V-Class seats up to 7 and is the sensible pick for families and luggage. See the Mercedes V-Class.
• The S-Class seats up to 3 and is the premium saloon, hourly only.

What is not in the price table

Some requests need a quote because the route, the date or the waiting time changes the job:

• other cities, such as Madrid, Valencia or Seville
• trips over several days
• events, weddings and congress transport
• extra stops that fall outside the hours you book

For these I look at the route and reply with a figure. A long drive such as Barcelona to Andalusia is always quoted for your dates.

Why the price is per vehicle

Many people compare a chauffeur with a taxi or a ride-hailing app and wonder why the figure looks high. The difference is what you get for it. A fixed price means you know the amount before you travel. The car is a Mercedes, the driver is a professional, and the price does not move with the meter or with traffic. For a full V-Class the vehicle price is shared by the whole group, and I leave that sum to you, because it depends on how many of you travel.

What can change a quote

For trips outside the table, these are the things that decide the figure: the date, the pick-up place, the number of stops, the waiting time and whether the driver returns empty. Tell me all of them in the first message and the reply is faster.

3. Add passengers and large suitcases.
4. I reply by e-mail or WhatsApp with the vehicle and the price.
5. Confirm and the booking is made.
